R.O.P.E. Squad seeks Christopher Duffy on Canada-wide warrant after alleged statutory release breach

Police Say Federal Offender May Be in London or Greater Toronto Area

TORONTO — Ontario’s Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is asking for the public’s help to locate a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant following an alleged breach of statutory release.

Suspect Description

Police are looking for Christopher Duffy, described as:

  • White/Caucasian male, 40 years old

  • 5’7” (170 cm), 163 lbs (74 kg)

  • Greyying brown hair, blue eyes

Identifying marks:

  • Tattoo, right upper arm:PISTOL MAN

  • Abdomen: approximately 3-inch surgical scar

Sentence and Offences

Police say Duffy is serving a 5-year, 11-month, and 29-day sentence for:

  • Possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking (x4)

  • Possession of a weapon contrary to an order

  • Possession of a prohibited/restricted firearm with ammunition

Where He May Be

The offender is known to frequent:

  • London, Ontario

  • The Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
