
Warrant Issued Following Alleged Statutory Release Breach
TORONTO, ON — The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant in connection with an alleged breach of statutory release.
Suspect Description
Police identify the offender as Eric Richard Joseph Cardinal, described as an Indigenous male, 39 years old, 5’0″ (152 cm), 160 lbs (73 kg), fair complexion, clean shaven, with brown hair and hazel eyes. Police say he has a dragon tattoo on his right arm.

R.O.P.E. reports Cardinal is serving a 3-year, 3-month sentence for:

Police say the offender is known to frequent Timmins, Magnetawan, Elliot Lake, and Toronto.
