THUNDER BAY – Thunder Bay Fire Rescue (TBFR) responded to a garage fire on Algonquin Avenue late Friday morning, successfully preventing the blaze from spreading to nearby structures.
The call came in around 11:30 a.m. on May 9, reporting a structural fire in a detached garage. Upon arrival, the first responding pumper crew found the garage fully engulfed in flames and heavy smoke.
