Northwood Councillor Ch’ng Appointed to Thunder Bay Police Services Board

THUNDER BAY – NEWS – At Monday’s City Council meeting, in a closed door meeting, Northwood Councillor Shelby Ch’ng was appointed to the Thunder Bay Police Services Board.

She will replace Westfort Councillor Kristen Oliver who resigned from the board after the Ontario Civilian Police Commission appointed an Administrator to run the board.

Mayor Bill Mauro remains on the board, as does Georjann Morriseau who is currently on leave from the board.

Late last week the OCPC increased the powers of the Administrator.
