Being a headhunter is no easy job. The market relies on facilities that allow them to find the talent they’re looking for in a pool of capable individuals with uncharted potential. It is a headhunter’s job to make this possible. The profession demands the extraordinary capability to empower deserving candidates by preparing them for the best opportunities. Jeremy Jenson is a Houston-based HR influencer who has acquired the reputation of being the G.O.A.T in the Recruitment business.

As a recruitment leader in the Houston HR world, Jeremy’s company Encore Search Partners is the largest privately held Executive Search firm in Houston, Texas – focused on recruiting Wealth Advisors, Attorneys, Engineers, and Corporate Executives nationwide. Jeremy had a drastically different start from where he is today. His life’s journey explores the possibilities of never defining (thus limiting) your potential.

Born in 1984 in Alief, Texas, Jeremy had humble beginnings coming from a low-income, underprivileged community in Southwest Houston. In 2022, A leader in the business world, Jeremy is adored by the Houston community for his lively and supportive persona. His grounded character and daring vision give him an aura of sociability that has helped him become a leader in the HR industry in Houston. Here’s how Jeremy found his way into the recruitment business.

Jeremy was an early achiever, outshining his peers despite a troubling childhood. Witnessing the separation of his parents and the struggles of his mother as a single parent catalyzed Jeremy’s development. Instead of letting his circumstances crush his spirit, Jeremy chose to learn the value of making important decisions in his life early on.

As soon as Jeremy was in the position of taking back control of his life, he made important decisions that would change the course of his life. His success is a testimony to the credibility of his choices as only a young man who was inexperienced but determined to learn and succeed.

Only 21 years of age, Jeremy was awarded the Rookie of the Year at Pizza Hut’s Central Region, becoming the youngest general manager in the company’s history. His undeniable talent led him to choose to create a path of his own while refusing to settle in situations restricting him from uncovering his potential.

Aged only 26 years, Jeremy started his first firm on Cinco De Mayo. Since then, Jeremy has built a team of 35 exceptionally talented individuals sharing his vision. Already a name reflecting reliability in Houston’s HR world, the goal is to continue to scale by opening a new business unit every 18 months.

His decision to enter the recruitment business resulted from the valuable experience gained with Market Share Solutions, a Lead Generation firm Jeremy started in 2010. In 2013, the business model was changed to Recruitment when Jeremy noticed that all the clients were in the Staffing & Recruiting space, so he skipped the go-throughs, and the rest is history.
