THUNDER BAY – MISSING – Thunder Bay Police Service is requesting public assistance in locating missing person River Bluecoat, a 22-Year-Old male.
River was last seen in the 100 block of Cumberland Street South at about 3:10 pm EDT on Monday, September 7, 2020.
River is described as an Indigenous male standing about 5’9” tall with a stocky build. He has Black hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black jeans, a black jacket, a black baseball cap, black running shoes, and a grey backpack.
