THUNDER BAY – Thunder Bay Police Service is requesting public assistance in locating missing person Jocelyn FIDDLER aka Jocelyn NOBIS 38yrs. Jocelyn FIDDLER was last seen in the Queen Street area on August 16th, 2020 at approximately 8 pm.

Jocelyn FIDDLER is described as an Indigenous female 5’7″ tall, 150lbs with a thin build, light brown hair, brown eyes with neck tattoos on the left side, and a surgical scar on her chest. Jocelyn FIDDLER was last seen wearing a beige hoodie, dark grey leggings with a black backpack and black slip-on shoes.
