Thunder Bay – SPORTS – The Lakehead Thunderwolves women’s basketball team’s first home game of 2020 was a success as they defeated the Laurentian Voyageurs 85-72 Friday night at the CJ Sanders Fieldhouse.
After tonight’s game, the Thunderwolves improve to 4-11, while the Voyageurs fall to 2-13, unable to snap their 10 game losing streak.
Despite the win, Thunderwolves head coach Jon Kreiner is still looking for some more improvements from his team.
