Armed Robbery Suspects Sought in Circle K Robbery

THUNDER BAY – Officers with the Uniform Patrol Branch were originally dispatched just after 8:10 am on Saturday, November, 30. 2019 following reports of a robbery that had just occurred at the Circle K convenience store at 1315 Arthur Street East.

Police learned two male suspects had entered the store armed with long guns. The two suspects pointed the firearms at the clerk and demanded cash and store merchandise. The pair fled the store with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspects were last seen on foot heading northbound on Franklin Street.

Suspect One is described as a male with a lighter complexion and thin build standing between 5’5” and 5’8” tall. He wore a dark jogging-type pants with white writing on the upper left vertically down the leg, black shoes with white soles, black hoodie with “G-Unit Heavyweight” in white on the front and white stripes around the wrists with a white stripe around the shoulders and bottom, a purple face covering with white symbol on the front. He was also carrying a purple bag and a solid black military-style long gun.

Suspect Two is described as having a lighter complexion, thin build and standing between 5’5” and 5’8” tall. He wore a medium grey slim-cut pants, black shoes with white soles and white laces, a solid black hoodie, a grey face covering, purple hat, glasses with clear lenses.

Suspect Two carried a satchel type bag with a wide black strap that had solid black on the front and back with digital camouflage print vertically down both sides. He also carried a solid black hunting style rifle.
