Minnesota Snow Storm Expected to Bring Heavy Snow

DULUTH – WEATHER – The National Weather Service in Duluth report, “A powerful spring storm will bring heavy snow and strong winds to the Northland starting late night Wednesday into Friday, with the worst of the storm on Thursday afternoon”.

The advice provided today is to get ready for the storm by making sure your vehicle and home are ready, and if at possible, plan to avoid travel Thursday, especially in the afternoon and evening.

There is a special weather statement in effect for parts of Northwestern Ontario as a result of the Colorado Low expected to arrive late Thursday bringing significant snowfall by Friday.
