Ornge Air Ambulance Rescues Pilot

KENORA – On Saturday, the Ornge air ambulance was part of the response team after a small plane crashed in a remote area of Northwestern Ontario. Ornge responded at about 3:00 pm CDT.

The critically injured person was rescued near Snowshoe Lake on the Manitoba / Ontario border.

The injured person was taken to hospital in Kenora.

There are few additional details at this point.
