Police Responded to Weapons Call on Brodie Street

THUNDER BAY – Thunder Bay Police have provided an update to an incident reported on Sunday. Police report that Thunder Bay Police Service officers responded to a call for service involving weapons at a residence in the 300 block of Brodie Street just before 3 a.m. on Feb. 3, 2019.

Reports indicated two individuals entered the residence possibly armed with firearms.

The TBPS Emergency Task Unit was deployed to contain the area and keep the public safe during the active call.

The residence was evacuated and several people were arrested for outstanding warrants. The suspects were not present when members of the ETU entered the home.

The victims and accused suspects were known to each other.
