FORT FRANCES – WEATHER – Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for the western parts of Northwestern Ontario.
Snow is expected to start falling later today, and continue into late on Thursday night.

- Ignace – English River
- Fort Frances – Emo – Rainy River
- Seine River Village – Mine Centre

Significant snowfall to affect the area tonight into Thursday.
Snow at times heavy is expected to move into portions of Northwestern Ontario this evening and persist until late Thursday. Total snowfall amounts of up to 20 cm are possible.
Consider postponing non-essential travel until conditions improve.
Snowfall warnings are issued when significant snowfall is expected.
