Canada's First Homicide of 2014 happened in Saskatoon Saskatchewan

SIOUX LOOKOUT – The death investigation of a George Tait has now been determined to be a homicide investigation.

The body was located in the area of Seventh Avenue and Roy Lane in Sioux Lookout on September 5, 2018, has now been confirmed to be as a result of a homicide.

Members of the OPP North West Region Crime Unit and Forensic Identification Services under the direction of Detective Inspector Scott Moore of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding this incident.
