Police Seek Suspect in Shell Robbery

THUNDER BAY – NEWS – The Thunder Bay Police Service is asking for the public’s help to identify a male involved in a robbery.

On June 11, 2018, just before 3 p.m., a male entered the Shell gas bar on 277 North Cumberland Street. The male suspect brandished a screwdriver and made demands of the gas bar attendant before leaving with an undisclosed amount of money, cigarettes and lottery tickets.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, approximately 50 years old, standing about five-feet-six-inches tall. The suspect had a scruffy beard and wore a black hoodie, black shirt and a black toque pulled just over his eyes at the time of the incident.
