Thunder Bay Police Investigate Econolodge Robbery

THUNDER BAY – CRIME – Thunder Bay Police Service officers attended the Econo Lodge located on Memorial Avenue early this morning to take a report of a robbery that had just occurred.

The female employee reported that a male entered the lobby of the business with his face covered and demanded money from the till while holding an unknown object in his hand. The male left on foot after taking the money.

The suspect is described as a male in his early 20’s with a fair complexion. He is approximately 5’6″ tall. He was wearing a black jacket and a white hood.
