Police Seek Assistance in Sudden Death Investigation

THUNDER BAY – NEWS – The Thunder Bay Police Service is requesting the assistance of the public with information about the sudden death of Dylan Moonias on or about September 21, 2017. Dylan’s body was located in the Neebing/ MacIntyre Floodway on September 23, 2017 in the Intercity area.

Numerous persons were seen in the area that Dylan was last known to be alive and police wish to speak to any individuals who may have been in the vicinity of William Street and North Brodie Street, along the McIntyre Floodway on the evening of September 21, 2017.

A video of persons known to have been in that area is being released by investigators. Police are asking for the people in this video or anyone who can identify the people in this video to come forward to speak to police, it could be of benefit to the investigation.

Anyone with information can contact Thunder Bay Police Service at 684-1200 and ask to speak to the Criminal Investigations Branch.
