Alcohol Leads to Altercation on Picton Avenue

THUNDER BAY – Thunder Bay Police attended a residence on the 200 block of Picton Avenue on a report of an injured male at that location just before 3:30PM EDT on April 21, 2017.

Two injured males aged 29 and 31 years old were located inside the residence and were escorted to the hospital for medical attention and have since been discharged.

The follow up investigation has determined that these males were present in another residence on Picton Street and consuming alcohol with a number of other individuals.

An altercation occurred and these two males were removed from the dwelling. Investigators with the Criminal Investigations Branch are continuing to speak to individuals connected with this incident to determine what happened.

Investigation is ongoing.
