THUNDER BAY – NEWS –  Thunder Bay Police Service are continuing their to investigation into the disappearance of twenty-three-year-old Justin “Milky” DUNCAN of Ottawa. Police suspect foul play in his disappearance, and have released video footage of Duncan shot before he vanished in the Limbrick neighbourhood.

Police report that their search began this morning on the Fort William First Nation. Information has been received that Justin may be in this area. The Thunder Bay Police Emergency Task Unit along with the Ontario Provincial Police Emergency Response Team, K9 and Drone Units have being utilized in the search.

Thunder Bay Police have maintained a strong effort in trying to find Duncan, including a number of raids to try to locate him, or to gain information leading to finding him.
