THUNDER BAY – Shawn Peter Patrick PERRING was last seen at his residence on Frederica Street East the evening of July 24, 2015. It is believed that he may have been in the vicinity of Kingston Street and the Kaministiqua River some time later. Shawn’s family is very concerned about his wellbeing.
