Northwood Ward Councillor Shelby Ch’ng has come out before the meeting expressing that she will be voting no on moving forward. “Due to the lack of funding, I will NOT be supporting the financing for the TBECC,” tweeted the Northwood Councillor.

Mayor Hobbs has maintained his support for the project.

There will be seven deputations by residents to Council this evening.
