Ontario PoliticsTHUNDER BAY – The Ontario Progressive Conservatives and the Ontario Liberal Party appear to have a slight lead in the 2014 Ontario Election. That lead is in using online video streaming technology.

The Progressive Conservatives are using live video streaming to broadcast press events and tonight, a town hall meeting from Kitchener.

The Ontario Liberals are also using live video to reach a wider audience.

All political parties are using video, including Youtube as a means of reaching out to voters.

The New Democrats are using short, thirty-five second video pieces, likely targeted at younger voters.

The implications for video in Election 2014 is large.
