THUNDER BAY – HEALTHBEAT – Living well is the theme of the 7th Annual Chamber of Commerce Health & Wellness Expo which takes place this Saturday and Sunday, April 14 – 15th at the Valhalla Inn.

These are just a few examples of the many interactive displays, along with a terrific lineup of seminars from a variety of experts to discuss all your health, nutrition and fitness needs. The wide array of exhibitors will appeal to all ages, from youth to seniors.
