Stabbing in Downtown Fort William leaves victim with non-life threatening injuries

NNLCRIMEbeatTHUNDER BAY – Crimebeat – Thunder Bay Police report that there was a stabbing at the corner of Victoria Avenue and Brodie Street early Saturday morning. A twenty-one year old woman is in police custody. Police report that the ‘Eye on the Street’ got the information to police.

The victim, a twenty-five year old individual, was transported to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre with non-life threatening injuries.

Overall it was an average start to the weekend for Thunder Bay Police in terms of calls. There were two sexual assaults, several robberies, and numerous liquor and drug related offenses.
