THUNDER BAY – Entertainment – Magnus Theatre continues its 40th season, the Ruby Anniversary, with THE LONG WEEKEND – By Norm Foster; Wynn and Max Trueman are hosting their friends, Abby and Roger Nash, in their small country (designer-friendly) cottage, somewhere in up-market Ontario.
These couples are old friends; the kind with plenty of troublesome baggage. Before long, things turn rough as the truth and lies of a friendship come to the surface during their weekend visit.
In true Norm Foster style, there are plenty of surprises and countless laughs along the way in this biting comedy of manners.
