Thunder Bay Police Service Seek Public Help in Petro Canada Robbery

Petro Canada Robbery SuspectTHUNDER BAY – Crimebeat – Thunder Bay Police are requesting assistance from the public to help identify a suspect in an alledged robbery. Police responded to a robbery that occurred at the Petro Can Gas Bar on Dawson Road at approximately 7:30AM on February 8, 2012.

Petro Canada RobberyTBPS reports, “The lone male entered the store with his hood pulled up to hide his face and walked up to the counter. He proceeded to pulled out a syringe out of his pocket and demand money from the employee. The male then left the store with an undisclosed amount of money heading southbound on Regina Ave. The store clerk was not injured”.

The accused is described as a Caucasian male in his early 20’s. He is 5’8” tall with a medium build. He was wearing a two tone grey winter jacket with a hood, blue jeans, and white runners.

Anyone with information about this male is asked to call the Thunder Bay Police at 684-1200 or Crime Stoppers at 623-8477.
