THUNDER BAY – Tbaytel reports that they are currently experiencing technical issues with High Speed Internet service in the following areas: Downtown North Core and other areas of the North Ward; Grandview, Lakeshore Dr, Main St, One Island, Current River, Surprise Lake, Birch Beach, Copenhagen, Dog Lake, John St, Ware and the Otto St area.
Not all customers are affected by this outage, however other areas not listed may be affected.
The company shares, “Our Network Technicians are currently working to resolve the issue and will continue to monitor the situation and provide updated information. Tbaytel apologizes for the inconvenience to our valued customers and we thank you for your patience”.
