SPARWOOD – Crimebeat – The RCMP in British Columbia report that Randall Hopley was arrested this morning. Hopley is the suspect in the kidnapping of three-year-old Kienan Hebert.
Kienan Hebert was taken from his home last Wednesday, and returned over the weekend.
