THUNDER BAY – The Thunder Bay Police Service are seeking public assistance in locating a missing 14 year old teen. Miranda Ritchie was last seen when her guardian dropped her off in the vicinity of Academy Towers on August 19, 2011. Miranda is described as a Native Canadian female, 5’1” – 140 lbs, medium build with blue eyes and black hair.
