THUNDER BAY – The Full Moon Memory Walk is hosting a Film Fundraiser/Discussion Forum at Lakehead University – Help us raise funds to support Thunder Bay’s Full Moon Memory Walk. The films will feature the pilot of APTN’s new series “Blackstone” and footage of “Morningstar Mercredi’s ‘Honoring the Warrior Within’.”
A public discussion forum will follow the film viewing to situate the Blackstone episode within the broader context of violence against Aboriginal women, and honoring such warriors. The event will be held at The Study, at Lakehead Univerisity. Admission is free, and everyone is welcome to attend.
