THUNDER BAY – Shelby Ch’ng is running in Northwoood. This is her first time running for political office. Using a combination of innovative videos on Youtube, colourful signs, and traditional campaigning Ch’ng has been reaching out in Northwood ward.

Facing off against three other candidates, incumbent Mark Bentz and challengers James Mauro and Frank Armiento, has been interesting for Ch’ng.

The small business owner has been tagged over the past day and a half over a decision on an advance poll which will be held at a SHIFT young professionals meeting that is coming up.

Preferring to talk issues, Ch’ng sat down with NetNewsledger before that issue broke in the news.
