Community Living Walk Thunder BayTHUNDER BAY – LIVING – Community Living Thunder Bay will hold its first Walk for Inclusion in support of people with an intellectual disability on Sunday, June 1st.

“We hope that anyone who is passionate about Inclusion will join us this Sunday.” said Lisa Louttit, CLTB’s Executive Director.

“CLTB believes that a community is stronger, more vibrant when every member is encouraged to contribute their unique gifts and talents” Louttit added.

The walk starts at noon at the CLTB office at 1501 Dease St. and costs $25 to register.

Registration forms can be picked up at all Janzen’s Pharmacies, Robin’s Donuts or at the Monty Parks Centre at 450 Fort William Rd. Completed registration forms can be dropped off at the Monty Parks Centre or the CLTB office.

Registration will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, June 1st at the CLTB office at 1501 Dease St. Participants will walk north along Balmoral Street to William Street and return along the same route.

A barbecue prepared by The RedHead and the Chef, the 2014 Celebrity Chef, will be served at the Masonic Hall on Dease St. after the walk.
