THUNDER BAY — September 12, 2025 | NetNewsLedger Local News — Thunder Bay Police say an investigation is underway after a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian and a Thunder Bay Transit bus near May Street and George Street.

Primary Response officers were dispatched at approximately 11:10 p.m. The adult female pedestrian was transported to hospital with injuries considered life-threatening.

Members of the Traffic Unit and Forensic Identification Unit attended the scene overnight. A section of May Street was closed during the investigation and has since reopened.

The investigation remains ongoing.

Police have released the incident reference TB25036573. No further details are available at this time;
