Single New Fire Near Kinogama Lake Declared Out; Regional Hazard Holds at Moderate-to-High

NORTHEAST REGION – WILDFIRE UPDATE: Ontario’s Aviation, Forest Fire and Emergency Services (AFFES) logged just one new wildfire in the Northeast Region on Friday, July 11. The small blaze—Chapleau 12 (CHA012)—was contained quickly and declared out the same day.
