Q. How did you come into the field of business? Was that part of your dreams since childhood?

A. like any other kid, I too was someone who wanted to remain in the comforts that a normal 9 to 5 job offered me. But as time went, I realised there’s more to life than just sitting in the comfort zone and watching over. I had to take some risks in order to gain something. I was ready to sacrifice my joy for a greater good and to explore my side of potential. Once I did that, I knew that business was the area where I could find myself touching victory.

Q. Are You Happy in the work you do. If not, what Would You Change?

A. at times I feel quite exhausted due to the work pressure that I have on a daily basis. Even though I remain calm and focused in my work, the outcome will not always be fruitful. I would think of quitting entirely and focus on something else. But when I look back, I find that this is the only job I can discover myself and find joy in. Even though there are hard times, it is all part of what I am and what I want to be.

Q. How Did You Know When You Had the Right Idea?

A. Every day, we come up with new business ideas and how we can go about implementing them as soon as possible. With all of these fresh ideas, it can be hard to figure out which one to zero-in and focus on. But I usually don’t go with my gut feeling as most people do. Even though an idea might seem very much profitable, I take care that I analyse each and every aspect of it before I am sure of moving forward with it.

Q. How Do You Plan on Growing Your Business?

A. I want to create a space where everyone engaging with us would be comfortable to their maximum. We intend to do our promotions. But far more than marketing strategies, we want to have our customer reviews to rank the best. We want to grow our business through good feedback from our customers. For that we have customized plans and strategies for each of our customers according to their interests.

Q. What’s your goal for the near future other than this? Was producing a part of it?

A. I never planned or expected much for my future. I just want to be able to keep doing the things that make me happy. Marketing and e-commerce are one of the main paths to my happiness. That’s where I put in my potential and effort without thinking twice. The same love for art and entertainment, made me try my luck at producing. It was basically my urge to help budding talent and help them nurture.

Q. What was the hardest decision you ever had to make?

A. I am someone who was always up for anything without pausing to think about its consequences. This often landed me in trouble with my professional life and resulted in major fallbacks. I had to have some personal experiences in order to realise the amount of threat it posed to my career. Preventing myself from jumping into opportunities without thinking was the hardest decision for me to take. I had to make up my mind, for caring to analyse an issue before jumping to it. It has made all the difference.

Q. What is the best advice you can give to business aspirants?

A. believe in yourself. That is the main mantra that one needs to have in their life. All throughout my career, I have had ups and downs. I had people bringing me down and pulling down my spirits. I could have backed off. But I didn’t. I wanted to be able to stand in front of them, with my head high and prove them wrong. So, I had to believe in myself and my talent. Never have I looked back, since then.
