NORWAY HOUSE – On April 28, 2019, at approximately 3:45 am, Norway House RCMP executed a search warrant under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, at a residence on Alec Duncan Drive in Norway House.
Officers seized approximately 18.5 grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
37-year-old Janine Marie Ettawacappo of Norway House was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine for the Purpose of Trafficking.
Caressa Elizabeth Ettawacappo, a 30-year-old female from Norway House, is wanted for Possession of Methamphetamine for the Purpose of Trafficking. She is believed to be in the Winnipeg area.
