Bruce Hyer Hosting Townhall Meetings on Nuclear Waste

OTTAWA — Bruce Hyer, MP for Thunder Bay—Superior North and Deputy Leader of the Green Party will be hosting a series of town hall meetings throughout Northwestern Ontario from November 9—14, 2014.

The meetings are an opportunity for residents to make their voices heard on the proposal by the Nuclear Waste Management Organization to transport or bury nuclear waste in Northwestern Ontario. Proposed sites include in Ear Falls, Hornepayne, Ignace, and Schreiber.

The dates and locations of the meetings are as follows:
