Police Seek Suspect Over Indecent Act at Boulevard Lake

Crime NewsTHUNDER BAY – CRIME NEWS – Thunder Bay Police Service reports that on Wednesday July 2, 2014 at 4:45PM EDT, two females were walking east bound along the lake side of the Black Bay Bridge. At that time, they observed a male along the east side of the river in the bush area looking up at them while committing an indecent act.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian in his late 30’s to early 40’s, short dark hair, possibly scruffy face and average build. The male had no shirt and was wearing khaki shorts. 

Thunder Bay Police officers will be conducting extra patrols of the area and are asking the public to contact police if they observe any suspicious persons, vehicles or activity. They should be aware of their surroundings and persons when taking part in outdoor activities in the area.
