crime newsTHUNDER BAY – Another busy night for Thunder Bay Police. Officers are looking for a male suspect who entered a Mac’s Convenience Store on Simpson Street at about 4:00AM. The suspect had his face covered, and used a knife to threaten store staff.

There were no injuries reported in the incident.

The suspect fled the Mac’s Mart on foot and headed into the East End of the city.

Anyone with further information regarding this incident is asked to contact Thunder Bay Police Service at 684-1200 or Crime Stoppers at 623-8477 (TIPS).

There was also an assault responded to by officers in the 300 block of Victoria Avenue East. In the 600 block of Victoria Avenue East there was a liquor offence and an assault also responded to by TBPS Officers.

In the 400 block of George Avenue, there were a pair of assaults along with a pair of liquor offenses.

On Robinson Avenue, there was a break and enter.
