THUNDER BAY – WEATHER – Environment Canada has continued the frost advisory. The weather service also advises that there is the potential for frost again tonight.

Frost advisory in effect for:

  • City of Thunder Bay
  • Kenora – Grassy Narrows – Whitedog
  • Sioux Narrows – Nestor Falls – Morson
  • Vermilion Bay – Dryden
  • Sioux Lookout
  • Raith – Upsala – Ignace
  • Kakabeka Falls

Patchy frost likely early this morning.

Low temperatures are expected to be near or just below zero degrees Celsius early this morning.

Frost will be possible once again for portions of Northwestern Ontario tonight.

Cover up plants, especially those in frost-prone areas. Take preventative measures to protect frost-sensitive plants and trees.
