Report confirms monitoring and treatment met provincial requirements through 2025
THUNDER BAY — The City of Thunder Bay has released its 2025 Drinking Water Quality Annual Report, detailing water quality results collected between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2025.
The annual report is prepared under Ontario’s Drinking Water System Regulation (O. Reg. 170/03), part of the Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002, and outlines how the City treats and delivers drinking water to residents.

The City adds it remains focused on maintaining a safe, reliable, and sustainable water supply—supporting public health, fire protection, and the local economy.
