Police Investigation Continues in Regent Street Neighbourhood Following Sudden Death

The Thunder Bay Police Service is investigating an incident that resulted in injuries to an adult male in the city’s north end.

THUNDER BAY – LOCAL CRIME NEWS – A heightened police presence is expected to continue in Thunder Bay’s north end as the Thunder Bay Police Service (TBPS) continues its investigation into a sudden death that occurred on Regent Street on December 25, 2025.

At this time, no further details about the incident have been released. Police have not confirmed the identity of the deceased or whether the circumstances are considered suspicious. The investigation remains active and ongoing.

The public may continue to see uniformed officers and marked units in the area as police conduct inquiries and gather evidence.
