Thunder Bay – Developing – Six units of the Thunder Bay Police Service, including officers from the tactical unit responded to the Delta Hotel at Marina Park this afternoon.
The situation has ended, with police departing the scene. There is no danger to the public.
There was a Superior EMS unit on site which had departed.
Thunder Bay Police have had a rather hectic past 18 hours, with a homicide on Pearl Street, and numerous calls.
A source tells NetNewsLedger that the warm weather coupled with a weekend along with the growing issues of alcohol and drug addiction are fuelling problems for the city.
