THUNDER BAY – WEATHER – The trend over the next few days is for more spring-like temperatures in the region.

Thunder Bay

Cloudy skies and a starting temperature of -2 in Thunder Bay this morning. There is a 30 per cent chance of flurries this morning. Winds will be from the north at 20 km/h becoming light this morning. High of +10 for Tuesday.

Tonight skies will be partly cloudy. Winds will be light at up to 15 km/h. Low overnight of -5. Wind chill -7 overnight.

Fort Frances

Clear and sunny skies are forecast for Fort Frances today. Tuesday’s high will be a warm +10.

Tonight will see continued clear skies. Winds will be light at up to 15 km/h. Low overnight of -7. Wind chill -10 overnight.

Dryden and Vermilion Bay

It is -1 to start your morning in Dryden and Vermilion Bay. The forecast is for a mix of sun and cloud. Winds will be light up to 15 km/h. High for Tuesday of +8. Wind chill -6 this morning.

Fort Severn

Not quite as warm in Wasaho Cree Nation this morning as in the more southerly parts of the province. Skies are cloudy with a 40 per cent chance of flurries.

Winds will be from the north at 30 km/h gusting to 50. High for Tuesday will be -3. Wind chill -15 this morning and -10 this afternoon.
