Canada has passed a grim number. 15.001 Canadians have died from COVID-19.
The report comes as Quebec announces 2,265 new cases of COVID-19 on December 28, 2020. There have been an additional 37 deaths related to the virus. Seven of the deaths have occurred in the last 24 hours.
Currently there are 1,124 COVID-19 patients Quebec hospitals, including 150 people in intensive care.
