THUNDER BAY – A video of an apparent assault between two youths was posted on social media on the weekend. In that video, shot of a fight between two youth, apparently behind the Mary J. L. Black Library in Westfort.
The incident which was reported to Thunder Bay Police on Friday was under investigation, and over the weekend the video apparently of the altercation was posted on social media.
The incident shows a larger youth dragging another smaller youth off his bike and repeatedly hitting him.
The police investigation continues.
