THUNDER BAY – BUSINESS – On September 10, 2015 the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business (CCAB) will be in Thunder Bay, ON hosting an Aboriginal Business Luncheon on the theme of “The Evolving Faces of Aboriginal Business”, featuring keynote speakers Nicole Bourque-Bouchier, CEO, and David Bouchier, President of The Bouchier Group (Fort McKay, AB).

The Bouchier Group has been a leader in Aboriginal business within the resource sector and has created significant wealth and employment growth within the resource sector – with much of their success coming from key changes within the company and strategic partnerships formed with corporate Canada.

Nicole and David Bouchier will cover how they have managed to grow despite these challenges; recruitment, hiring and training Aboriginal people so that they are ready to enter an evolving resources sector; and insights on how The Bouchier Group maintains a sense of community within their company.
