THUNDER BAY – If the federal government is looking for a win-win situation with the proposed First Nations Education Act, Grand Council Chief Patrick Madahbee has some advice for Prime Minister Harper and Aboriginal Affairs Minister Valcourt.

The Grand Council Chief suggests that the federal government has to start listening to the people and to get more in touch with the grassroots.
