KI Chief Donny Morris shares update on Kitchenuhmaykoosib Inninuwug

kiKITCHENUNMAYKOOSIB INNINUWUG – Chief Donny Morris, the Kitchenuhmaykoosib Inninuwug (KI) First Nation leader is sharing an update from the community. They are now working to issue special permits to mining companies interested in working with the community.

Chief Morris expresses, in a Youtube video update that KI sees what is happening and being supported by the government of Canada in the Middle East as very similar to what the people in Northern Ontario First Nations are doing.

The Chief also expressed concern over remarks made recently by Tony Clement, the Minister responsible for FedNor.
