THUNDER BAY – Helping hands are needed during the Thunder Bay Flooding Emergency. If you are in need of assistance, a Facebook page has been set up to connect people who need help with those who are willing to help.

Right now there are reports of people being evacuated from homes in the East End, and power to homes impacted by flooding being disconnected.

There are at least 300 homes in the city reporting flooded basements.
